The New Year is usually the occasion for new beginnings and changes.

Such is the case for the front page of the web site for JFTSOI.

If the Letter-Links on the left side of the page, on the new face, do not appear as scrabble tiles it is because you do not have the ’scramble’ font on your computer.

May I suggest that you create a bookmark for the JFTSOI web site (make it one of your ‘favorite places’. That way you’ll always have a link at hand to a ton of valuable information for scrabble enthusiasts.

This year I intend to produce a number Podcasts, related to scrabble themes. Watch for the first one to be published in mid January.

When daylight savings time occurs we are trained to change the batteries in the smoke alarms in our homes.

When the New Year rolls around it should remind us to renew our membership with NASPA (North American Scrabble Players’ Association) and to preregister to play JFTSOI scrabble tournaments.
